Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Local Tours:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
  • International Tours:

    • Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • Cancellations made between 30-45 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations by Discover Samsara

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to a future tour.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Certain services such as airline tickets, hotel reservations, and other third-party services may have their own cancellation and refund policies. These are non-refundable if specified by the service provider.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a tour, including early departures, missed meals, or optional activities.
